Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You sign in to the Service using Apple or Google. You are responsible for safeguarding access to those accounts and for all activity that occurs under your Pomogacha account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

License to use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Service; (b) use bots, scrapers, or automated tools; (c) exploit bugs or attempt to gain unfair advantages; (d) harass, threaten, or abuse other users through social or co-op features; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (f) interfere with the Service's security or infrastructure.

In-app purchases and virtual items

The Service offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency (gems, eggs, tickets) and premium features. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their respective billing policies. All purchases are final except as required by applicable law or the policies of those platforms.

Virtual items have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be modified, rebalanced, or removed as part of normal Service updates. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use virtual items within the Service — you do not own them.

User content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (e.g. task names, co-op quest names, custom usernames). By creating such content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it solely for operating and improving the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service and all related content (artwork, code, pals, sound design, trademarks) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
