How do focus sessions and coins work?
Start a focus timer and put your phone down. While the timer runs, your pals earn coins at a boosted rate. Finishing real tasks on your to-do list earns coins too. Spend coins on eggs to hatch new pals.
My progress didn't sync between devices.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple or Google account on both devices, and that both have an internet connection. Open the app, wait a few seconds for a sync, then reopen it. If progress is still missing, email us with your account email and we'll help recover it.
I bought a subscription but don't have my perks.
Go to Profile โ Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your App Store / Google Play account, so make sure you're signed into the same store account you bought with. If perks still don't appear, email us your purchase receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so you manage them in your store account:
iPhone: Settings โ tap your name โ Subscriptions โ
Pomogacha.
Android: Play Store โ profile icon โ Payments &
subscriptions โ Subscriptions โ Pomogacha.
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your perks until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app, go to Profile โ Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your cloud save and sign-in after a 30-day grace window. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Is Pomogacha free? Are there ads?
Pomogacha is free to play with an optional subscription. There are no third-party ads inside the app.
